Mr Darn Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 Microsoft and their registry edit! Pffft!
threegee Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 Recycle bin in xp:right click a blank space on the desktopchoose [properties]make sure [general] tab is selectedselect recycle bin iconselect [restore default]...That doesn't work with my configuration of XP Pro. Indeed it doesn't work on any XP machine we have here right now. Right clicking always brings up Display Properties. XP Home Edition maybe?P.S. Why not run this forum? Someone else might just come along who wants to promote *their* repair business!

Right-click a blank space on the desktop 2. Select Properties 3. Click the Desktop tab 4. Click the Customize button 5. Click Restore Default 6. Exit all windows and restart your computer
