Neil Posted March 30, 2008 Report Posted March 30, 2008 Bedlington got a nap hand at Washington yesterday in a crucial relegation battle. Bedlington dominated from start to finish and ran out comfortable 5-0 winners. Goals from Michael Latimer, Lee Ludlow and a second half hat trick from Tony Shandran did the damage and with tough games coming up, its just what the Terriers needed! The next match is this Saturday (5th April) when Bedlington play their last home match of the season, when they face Consett. Remember to buy a programme, yours truly does it!
Hamburger Pimp Posted March 31, 2008 Report Posted March 31, 2008 Best bit of so-called "terrace wit" I heard was one cold night at Croft Park. Blyth Spartans were giving Consett an awful beating and the Blyth Ultras, chaps you wouldn't expect to be familiar with the musical "Evita", started singing "Don't cry for me Consett keeper!"

Nice one!
