Why has Theresa May had secret talks with Sir Richard Branson in his quest for a second referendum, should someone who could be Prime Minister soon be seen to be lending an ear to unhappy billionaires who did not get what they wanted ? Mrs May has already publicly ruled out a second referendum

The poor of England and Wales voted to turn on the elite the disenfranchised weren't expected to turn out. None of the elite expected it to go that way.

What a shame Jeremy Corbyn didn't represent the working class and their issues instead of the concerns of the well off luvies and  lefties of London perhaps ,he should have taken a leaf out of President Trumps book,

I agree webtreckker, I don't have any phone or broadband from them bit I am thinking of moving my savings.

The classical elite theory of democracy is what sets the elites apart from the rest of society is their personal resources, such as skills, intelligence and a vested interest in government This perspective also holds that the much larger balance of society (me and you) is incompetent and unable to make decisions relating to their governance.
