Julliette Taylor, Royal International Miss International Role Model has set up an International Service Project as part of her reign as a role model. The project 'Operation Gratitude' gives back to first responders. The Old Police Station Bedlington are delighted to be hosting a Meditation and Mindfullness event on Sunday 8th October 1pm - 3pm for first responders and their family members. The event is FREE and tickets are limited to just 20 places. The event is open to anyone over the age of 18 years old who is either a first responder themselves or who is a family member of a first responder. The event is tailored to first responders to show how Meditation and Mindfullness can help to alleviate the stress that comes with working in these roles. To book your ticket please message the page.
