Police are appealing for witnesses after a vehicle was broken into in Bedlington.
It happened at 4.45pm on Saturday, December 31, to a truck parked in the back lane of Rothesay Terrace.
Offenders approached the vehicle, gained entry and stole a 2HP outboard motor, chainsaw, grass strimmer and a hedge trimmer, before making off unseen.
Police are appealing for witnesses, anyone who was in the area and who may have seen or heard anything suspicious, is asked to contact police. Officers also want to hear from anyone who may be offered these items for sale.
