Thanks Pencil neck. It was as good as funeral can be. Then Ham and pease puds rolls etc :-). Mum banned all alcohol from the house but the die hards went down the Working Man's Club to have a proper send off. I was travelling back up to Scotland so couldn't join in .

In case anyone knew him - my brother Fred Angus died suddenly - aged 53. We are all deeply saddened. God bless him. Funeral was Thursday just gone. :-( p.s. Swalnalla - we have two new chooks - silkies - bred by my other brother Duncan

We have hardly any hours of daylight here! Wonder what's going on. Keep thinking the clocks are wrong. Got central heating on nearly all day - sometimes all night. Depending who's home. Thank god for hot water bottles :-)

Hi Joe gosh yes - Swalnalla, what about Meths aswell! Then there was Strattelli. or strattocaster or something! I am still on the Clyde, eldest daughter doing 3rd year of degree at dundee - Abertay uni. I still have one chicken and a dog! great that you are still about talk again soon .......

Well I never! I am shocked. I haven't thought of this forum for years! Then I do a google search and find it's back up an running! Fantastic. I would never have been contacted seeing as I lost my old freeserve address. I think I am using the same user name as I did back in the good old days. Can't remember to be honest!!!!
