Tai Chi & Chi Gung Class - Trinity Church, Front Street. Cost £4. Open to beginners & more experienced Students. Class is suitable for Adults from 18 upwards

    Class is normally held weekly - Wednesdays 2 till 3pm, (except Wed 16th August - Hall floor maintenance). On first visit please try to arrive by 1.50pm - to receive basic guidelines.
