Do you fancy trying something new, fun and free?

'Trance Dance' is a form of free dance, using all senses but your sight to open yourself up to creative freedom and learn to use your other senses more.

The workshop will introduce you to the dance form, teach you how to practice at home, and above all you will have fun.

Suitable for young people age 12-17 years.

Places are free but limited numbers available, so please get in touch to book yours.
