About the Venue
The Old Police Station Bedlington is the home to many small businesses including a seamstress, a massage therapist, and tea room. You can pamper yourself with aromatherapy, a sound bath, a wide range of facials and ayurvedic/crystal massages. Scented candles are also on offer as well as reiki, fairy tarot and art therapy.

The Old Police Station Bedlington are delighted to be hosting a Meditation and Mindfulness event on Sunday 8th October 1pm - 3pm for first responders and their family members.
The event is FREE and tickets are limited to just 20 places. The event is open to anyone over the age of 18 years old who is either a first responder themselves or who is a family member of a first responder.
The event is tailored to first responders to show how Meditation and Mindfulness can help to alleviate the stress that comes with working in these roles.
