I left was born in bedlington 1943 so i go back a little time.

left when got married in 1963, have come home often over the years. still do as i have a nephew live there. My mam use sing a song she was in the bedlington ladies songsters it was Bedlington's the toon for terriers, Pubs and pits galore halfpenny wood and canny lasses who could ask for more.
