ok, i'm not new to the market, but:

is it considered reasonable to charge £300 a month for a 1 bed house on brook court with a kitchen with 2 cupboards, and a bathroom with no bath?

That sounds about right..you`ll not get cheaper i don`t think. You should check Zingys shop, he rents flats and houses out, but it`ll be for about the same price as above.

three bedrooms is a bit much for little old me!

i'm kinda sorted for now, but still looking for somewhere a little bigger.

a bath would be nice too :( too cold for showers when you aint got an electric one!

Ah i appologise i thought it was just so you could move out from ya mam n dads

it was about that too, being back there was hell!

but i wasnt about to move out of there into somewhere else shared. I'd rather stay with mum and dad!

Privacy is the main reason. you just dont get that when sharing a property

nope, not as yet,

its either too much money or a shed.

methinks i need to consider a live-in partner...

look into housing associations, usually they are better as you move out of wansbeck area

If you're short on your dough, there's a place you can go.

Apparently, it's "fun" to stay at the YMCA.

It might have been fun if it hadn`t of been bulldozed
