Mr Darn Posted December 4, 2008 Report Posted December 4, 2008 ok, i'm not new to the market, but:is it considered reasonable to charge £300 a month for a 1 bed house on brook court with a kitchen with 2 cupboards, and a bathroom with no bath?

You should check Zingys shop, he rents flats and houses out, but it`ll be for about the same price as above.
