Is The Lion not a listed building? Is The Lion part of the Front Street conservation area that regulates changes to the frontage of buildings?

November 20, 200916 yr Author Latest news is the plans have been rejected. The application was to reduce the height of one of the chimney stacks and lower the windows to ground floor level.
