V21 Customers Have No Service!

Quite a few people/firms in the area have no broadband service from V21 at the moment. This is apparently the result of a commercial dispute, and/or a bald attempt to hijack customers to another entity (Ezeedsl). It all depends on who you believe!

Anyway, BT is being its usual unhelpful self in refusing to give out MAC codes to enable people to migrate to another supplier, and Ofcom is trying to pretend that there isn't a problem. Exactly what Ofcom employees get their inflated salaries and pensions for is, once again, open to doubt!
