Yes, Bit Torrent goes official, and fully legal too!

The EU has stumped up 19 million euros to fund four years of software development and testing in an effort to establish a European-wide standard for broadcasters to distribute TV programs by Bit Torrent.

It's not something that you can easily simulate in a laboratory so: They need testers.
