March 18, 201016 yr I find the history of the town facinating and I am trying to educate my two young kids about our histroy. I wondered if we should start a thread that encourages people to post pics from around the town in either the recent or distant past.If you have any pictures.... lets see them!

There's also a few on the county council website somewhere.Anybody can submit to the galleries here but they could probably do with a bit of reorganising.
