The idiotic Home Information Packs have just been scrapped. Ten years of "work" (and six figure salaries) by that waste of space John Prescott gone in ten minutes - brilliant! :D

Everyone will be better off (except the purveyors of this nonsense) as a result. Like much Labour lunacy they started out as a quite good idea, but rapidly became detached from reality or stated purpose, and ended up only as a meal ticket for bureaucrats.

If only it was as easy to roll back all the other elements of thirteen squandered years of Labour big government!
