threegee Posted November 20, 2010 Report Posted November 20, 2010 You discovered the gas leak? And then it burned down! How did it catch fire, did you spark a tab up I left the scene double quick when the young copper I flagged down on the roundabout hit the transmit button on his radio right over where the bubbles were coming up. No one was more surprised than me to see the smouldering pile of rubble later that day. I've heard lots of theories since on what triggered the blaze. All I can say for sure is that there was a mega gap in police training at the time!
Cympil Posted December 29, 2010 Author Report Posted December 29, 2010 Ok, here`s another blast from the past! Where is this building and by what name was it known? Rep for the winner 1

I heard it was Tom Hennessey but i`m not sure on this Not sure myself but ex Newcastle footballer John Tudor had it at one time but it never took off because he got rid of the darts and pool teams, as he wanted a different clientele in there
Malcolm Robinson Posted December 30, 2010 Report Posted December 30, 2010 Hmm foxy, it was a pretty dull place when Tudor had it! 1
John Fox (foxy) Posted December 30, 2010 Report Posted December 30, 2010 (edited) Hmm foxy, it was a pretty dull place when Tudor had it!I think the fact that he could'nt raise a smile had a lot to do with it.Certainly no happy hours. Edited December 30, 2010 by foxy 1
