Someone maybe is 'just having a laugh'

As Wise Old Symptoms claims maybe 'kill switching' .

I believe Spotify has been down today and there have been some XBox problems.

What happens when every internet connection is lost?

North Korea or some James Bond spy network of hackers, who is responsible?

Will we ever know or learn the truth.

Does anyone care!

Chaos with Internet here as well. One Company in particular being 'attacked' - as it's described on the news. Someone, somewhere is bombarding the Company with data and the system cannot cope. All sorts of strange things happening - and not just because of the sherry!!

 

Don't worry about the upside down images. Just be thankful you're not getting underlinings, crossings out and capital letters floating about all over the Place.

No lost postings I'm aware of, but moderators may know more.

The camera can only handle a tiny few simultaneous connections at the moment. It was done that way for expediency, and in the knowledge that only accredited members could access it. But, the hardware and software is already there for "broadcast" when we get some time. Our major objective in early '15 is to get a major new release of the site software deployed.  It's a complete rewrite and I think members will like it.

Oh no!  I seem to remember the last time there was a major review of the site's giblets the place went dark for a couple of years.
