Ovalteeny Posted August 12, 2015 Author Report Posted August 12, 2015 (edited) Very good Malcolm, but my favourite by The Bonzos is "The Intro and The Outro" (i.e. Roy Rogers on Trigger) https://youtu.be/8DUEAG5eO6c Edited August 12, 2015 by Ovalteeny

Malcolm Robinson Posted November 13, 2015 Report Posted November 13, 2015 Thanks Ovalteeny i'll come back to those guys. Well after someone wakes me up from listening to webtrekker's Free offering. Bah.....those were the days!
webtrekker Posted November 13, 2015 Report Posted November 13, 2015 Cheers Ovalteeny. I enjoy anything with a bit of slide guitar in it.
Ovalteeny Posted November 14, 2015 Author Report Posted November 14, 2015 Worth checking out some of their other DVD's on YouTube, Blues/Rock with a dynamic Soul singer, also check out their web-site. These Vintage Trouble boys are superb live and have been supporting some mega-stars on various tours to get themselves noticed. I prefer the slower, soul sounding tracks, but they have gently built up a terrific act and sound.
webtrekker Posted November 14, 2015 Report Posted November 14, 2015 Thanks, I'll definitely be checking them out.
Ovalteeny Posted November 17, 2015 Author Report Posted November 17, 2015 (edited) Worth a try is CHRIS STAPLETON's album "Traveller". The man won 3 awards at the recent CMA Awards. Here he is dueting on one of his songs with Justin Timberlake. https://youtu.be/ADuUQT_fPCw Edited November 17, 2015 by Ovalteeny
mercuryg Posted November 19, 2015 Report Posted November 19, 2015 (edited) Proper band, proper music, going to see these guys Saturday Edited November 19, 2015 by mercuryg
Malcolm Robinson Posted November 19, 2015 Report Posted November 19, 2015 Is that because they are singing about "words you have written and syllables".
Malcolm Robinson Posted November 19, 2015 Report Posted November 19, 2015 Jurys out a bit on this..........
mercuryg Posted November 19, 2015 Report Posted November 19, 2015 You're a cheeky monkey mr Robinson! No, it's because it's a great song!
Ovalteeny Posted January 13, 2016 Author Report Posted January 13, 2016 new album out in a couple of weeks
Malcolm Robinson Posted January 14, 2016 Report Posted January 14, 2016 Like it Ovalteeny.........but they are driving on the wrong side of the road!
Ovalteeny Posted March 9, 2016 Author Report Posted March 9, 2016 Nice one Malcolm, I'd seen that on Facebook just the other day. Try this little 3 songs (from the recently released CD), acoustic concert from Lake Street Dive. The singer is Rachel Price and she is, in my opinion quite special.

Ovalteeny Posted July 21, 2016 Author Report Posted July 21, 2016 Take a look and listen to the latest song/video from Ulsterman - FOY VANCE. Taken from his new album "The wild swans on the lake", executive producer = Elton John and released on Ed Sheeren's label. Check out his web-site for more info and check out YouTube for more videos. This man is something special.
