Watched the VE Celebrations on TV today and just wondering if anyone can tell me why Prince Edward pranced into Westminster Abbey with a chest full of medals. What are they and how did a person who failed the Royal Marine Course come to be wearing them?

My best guess is that Eddy has been busy on eBay.

 

If not then maybes he has collected them by simply participating which seems all the rage nowadays.

 

And if not that then they may have chocolate inside.
