BBC are reporting that the plan to lend £8.5m of Northumberland County money to the Alnwick Garden has been suspended:-

On the surface it looks like the Alnwick Garden CEO, Mark Brassell, knows who's back to scratch!

Do we know what interest rate, if any, this proposed loan will attract?
