Just as easy as it was for you to type in "Hard Maths" into google, it's just as easy typing:

"a_n = \frac{\sqrt{a_{n-1}^2 + \frac{1}{a_{n-1}^2} + 6} - a_{n-1} - \frac{1}{a_{n-1}}}{2}"

into google and getting the answer. Try it.
