Pupils that attended the junior schools in Cambois & Bedlington progressed to the West Sleekburn Middle school , in the 1980's & 90's before moving on to the 'High' schools.

I went to the Secondary school from 1959 to 1964 oh I can remember it well. My dad was the landlord of the General Havelock at East Sleekburn I wonder how many of my classmates are still operational! John Hindhaugh
