Then c1908 and Now 2016

Comment by Evan Martin with the c1908 photo is :- 'Bedlington Council School, Junior Department was opened on the 15th June 1908 and the Infant Department 5 years later. This photograph was taken shortly after this Junior building was opened'

Another comment in the book mentions the the fact that Evan Martin was a junior teacher at the school and went on to become a headteacher.
