    I've lived in Morpeth since 1983, I still drive down to Humford and reflect on those times. Long time ago, I think the pool closed in '75.

    I moved to Bedlington in 1956, having lived in the army camp at Hartford Bridge and attending the makeshift school behind Nedderton Village. My happiest childhood memories are going to Humford Baths in the early 60's, we would spend long happy days diving into freezing cold blue water, bet I couldn't stand the cold now!
