So, who uses the Xbox 360, PS1/2/3..infact any consoles. And what is your favourite game? :D

Well at the moment i`m on the Xbox 360, my favourite at the moment is any Guitar Hero/Rockband games..

The latest games i`ve played on are..

Gears Of War 2

Fallout 3

Farcry 2

Need For Speed Undercover

Still prefer the Guitar Hero/Rockband type games though :D

Anyone else waste their lives on stuff like this?

My other half used to play all the call of duty games. I prefer the wii myself.

Mario kart, wii sports, wii family trainer and wii fit too :)

Oh and the kids love wii sing it

I`ve just bought a wii, plus wii fit, mario kart + wheel, some snow boarding game and a few other games. i can`t remember what they were called..i`ll have to wait till xmas to find out..

I played Call of Duty on the xbox 360 a short while ago but like the other shooters i have trouble  By the time i get the gun on the enemy i`m dead

I quite like the Final Fantasy games though..they go on for months..theres always some place you haven`t explored..great value for money :D

Buggy Boy for the Amiga. Hours of pointless fun.

What's an Amiga grandpa? :D

I just checked that game on Youtube, it doesn`t look too bad considering the age it must be. I`ve seen worse graphics than that on a modern console!

Was it an Amiga that used to play them tennis games? Or was that something completely different?

Yup, considering it used a Motorola 68000 running at just under 8MH/z it was really fast action. The Amiga had some specialist chips though to assist the CPU.

Tele-tennis is a decade or more earlier; way back to the mid 1970's. They were dedicated machines that didn't even have a microprocessor! It was all done with basic digital and analogue electronics, not even any RAM or ROM.

The first tele-tennis I saw was in a cafe on a Paris boulevard not far from the Sorbonne University around about 1973. Despite the crude hardware and limited B&W display it was really adictive. It was a few years before the idea was integrated into a single chip and sold as a home console. Sometimes there was a slider switch to select a number of game variants. Real collectors items now!

I used to have one of those it pluged into the arial socket on the TV, had four games on it that all loked the same. It had two handsets (wired of course) and a !*!@# on each one that you turned to make the little sticks move up and down the screen.

Hmmm thats a tough question... PS1 - final fantasy VI V 2000 ,. XBOX Halo or Tony Hawks. Amiga ... Dungeon Master, Chaos Srikes back... PC .. Baldurs Gate Shadows of Amn Battefield 2 . PS3 Call of Duty 4 / 5 or Half life 2 ( which is also on every other new Gen console currently).... Spectrum ... School Daze.. JSW II Head over heals Death race... I love gaming :) and Im quite good at it :).... The best out of those (Nostalgia aside) is probably Baldurs gate series .. that was a huge game.. V2000 is the hardest

Used to like Alex the kid, didn`t like Sonic though, still don`t. There`s something not right about a blue hedgehog
