Youv'e got a few years to go before you can become a registered Curmudgeon.

Then you'll have to ask Denzel for permission. I think he has connections in Wansbeck, because he appears to have the post of Curmudgeon Registrar General!

But, until then. Have a happy birthday, and keep on aging. It's way better than the option!
