i dont think it matters where theyre from..a cream cake is a cream cake in my book..personaly...i like a cream doughnut slit up the middleand stuffed to overfill and a sqirt of red jammy sauce..yummy !!

Always a choux à la crème (profiterole) especially the ones with a big dribble of chocko all over them ... yum!

In the 60s my Mum always brought back Fenwick's meringues from the Toon ... they were big, off white in colour and filled with real cream (not that horrible chemical cream).
