US Government Agency demands magician write a detailed "disaster plan" for his (previously unlicensed) rabbit and he and his wife then get training to implement the rabbit disaster plan. The plan must protect said rabbit from disasters "such as a tornado, fire, flood etc" and ensure its care afterwards.
