February 28, 201412 yr Question: If Scotland votes in favor, does the British Government then sell RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) to the Scottish government for the value it was balded out for plus interest?Or Sell RBS back into the private sector and all toxic assets of RBS are handed over to the Scottish government?It is only fair.
