threegee
Hmmm... could have tried harder I think. Though the "anti-business attitude" that have always been pervasive from you-know-who you-know-where you-know-what-party has always been a factor. Despite this there's a lot of upside to locating in our town, so let's not be too pessimistic. We wish her well anyway, and we just might learn something by following the progress here. Malcolm Robinson
Damm, she uses modern promotional techniques very well. Had hoped she would show a lot of the rest the way!
Vic Patterson
I'm not familiar with this business, what is, or was the situation? were they located in Bedlington but had problems that couldn't be resolved and chose to move to Morpeth? Malcolm Robinson
Vic, Looks to be down to pathetic footfall figures! Can't disagree! She uses social media to advertise and was going great guns, well for Bedlington that is. Even talking about expanding her offer. This one really is a nail! Specialist retailer, contemporary media aware, expanding business, bringing strangers into town, if I was working for any other Town I would have tried to poach her!
