So a Contributor has the shackles removed ... can an 'ordinary' member apply for this promotion to 'the officer class'?

I've removed everybody's shackles. Hard drives are cheap these days

There is no longer a members list as such. You can search for members using the search box in the top right and if you leave the form blank it'll show you everybody.

Maggs - you spoke too soon.  You've been busted in rank;  I see you no longer sport the rank of Contributor but have been cashiered back to Member.
