Alan Edgar (Eggy1948) 1,198 Posted March 23, 2017 Report Share @Symptoms - the rest of the world is convinced that No 18 is Alan (not Simon) Temple and that also applies to No 8 on your WESTRIDGE 4 photo. Link to comment
Symptoms 180 Posted March 24, 2017 Report Share Eggs - I recall having my arse tanned about this way back when I originally posted the annotated photo ... it is Alan, not Simon. His nickname was the 'Saint' - after the popular telly show of the day starring Roger Moore as Simon Templar in the Leslie Charteris tales of the Saint. My addled brain mixed all this up. Symptoms 180 Posted March 24, 2017 Report Share Also ... where is this Bygone Bedlington Facebook page? I've tried Google but it just sends me back to here (the facebook page). Link to comment
Alan Edgar (Eggy1948) 1,198 Posted March 24, 2017 (edited) Report Share https://www.facebook.com/groups/BygoneBedlington/ However this is a 'Closed group' = only current members can see the member posts within the group. A person who is on Facebook will only be able to see a groups front/cover page. To see the member posts you have to request to join the group and be approved by one of the Admin members eg - I'm not a member of the Ashington Remembered group and this is what I see :- Edited March 24, 2017 by Eggy1948 Link to comment
Alan Edgar (Eggy1948) 1,198 Posted June 27, 2017 Report Share @Symptoms - a Janice Robinson on the Bygone Bedlington Facebook group has just posted the comment - No 21 is Stephen Donald. What do you think? Link to comment
