    Plans well underway for BedFest 2017 27th August. Both evenst are very well attended and hopefully the very few objectors are swinging round to the idea of music festivals in Bedlington. There are still a few minor issuses but nothing that can't be resolved. I am not directly involved with the street now due to so much red tape and lack of funding but only too happy to promote. Col.

    Great news about the town centre development. Councillors have also been recommended to approve plans for 500 homes in the town. Is that another 1000+ patients for the GP's to deal with at the health centre and additional class numbers for the local schools to manage?
