Problem Caused By Installation Of Roxio Software
I could be wrong but sometimes when you uninstall stuff it comes up with something like. One or more programs share some of the items you are uninstalling. If it said this then you may need to reinstall roxio then when its say this again then select the items you uninstall. Not sure. Without actually seeing the problem & having a fiddle I'm not too sure but you could try it. It won't harm anything I suppose. Good luck.

Buskers Night
We've got a group of buskers coming along to play at the Dun Cow, everyone welcome. Bring your instruments & have a go. It'll be a great night I just know it. Saturday 3rd o May. Get in sharp though coz I think it's goin to be full up. & if you've got talent why not share it. But if you haven't then just sit back & enjoy. See u there. Hopefully. The cellar is undergoing a full refurbishment. New coolers lines pumps. The lot. But as usual the brewery have let us down & it's not taking place until next Tuesday 6th May. So it will be complete for next weekend. Sorry to all those real ale drinkers just waiting to try it. Two new real Ales. Strongbow Cider & also Sanmiguel.

Hi, I'm The New Land Lady At The Dun Cow
She obviously couldn't make it. Sad I know but thats what happens in this trade. It cost an absolute arm & leg to run a pub throught the brewery's these days. She also worked full time. It couldn't have been easy. I don't work full time, but still having a pub 24/7 can be quite taxing. Especially with a four year old daughter demanding my time. It's not easy believe me. I'm glad you enjoy a pint in our pub. Have you been in lately. It's lovely. So's the beer. The landlord & lady's not bad either.

Loathe: The Bedlington Terrier!
ee sorry had a couple of reds to wind down after quite a busy night. I think the terriers are funny lookin. I remember when I was 16 & had a boyfriend in London, as you do like. I was staying with him, & his parents of course & I went to get into bed this night & the bloomin terrier had poo'd in the bed. Couldn't believe it. Poo's just a bit like a poodle if you know what I mean. Couldn't help but laughin when we found some under the pillow. Guess it didn't like me. Bit strange like that a dog can poo under the bedding never mind the bloomin pillow. Maybe the parents didn't like me eh. Ha ha

Hi, I'm The New Land Lady At The Dun Cow
Yes your right. I don't really want it to be on the pub crawl circuit even though it can be a good earner anyway. Just looking for a good quality community local. We do keep a good pint & we didn't put the prices up yet just coz the gov says we should. But don't worry it will come. The locals we've met so far have continued to revisit us and seem more than happy enough. We're getting a few people back who left coz the place was run down before we came along & they seem happy enough. But we need more people coz it's boring standing around with not much to do. We've got a nice blonde barmaid on Fridays & Sundays so we got that one covered too. Although the skirt she came in tonight looks more of a belt & doesn't cover much. Thanks for your input. And we sell a variety of wines so pop along and meet us & if you like what you see, then spread the word please. cheers

Hi, I'm The New Land Lady At The Dun Cow
- The Dun Cow
Hi all, Just wanted to let everyone know that The Dun Cow in bedlington is under new management. We took it on about 4 weeks ago & closed it for a couple of weeks while we cleaned & decorated it. Everyone welcome to come in & have a look see. We're introducing a bar food menu. Things like Nacho's & hot roast beef sandwiches. We'll soon also be serving real ales. Once the brewery get round to putting in the new fonts. We've managed to collect a few eggs for the egg run. But due to short notice we won't be winning any trophies. We're having an egg hunt this Sunday @ 1pm so bring the kids & chill out in a nice friendly atmosphere. We're open to any suggestions that might make the place work for all. It's a really nice community local. We look forward to meeting you all so come along & check us out.- Bedlington
Things about The Dun Cow- Hi, I'm The New Land Lady At The Dun Cow
Hi all, Just want to introduce myself & ask anyone who's been in to the pub what they think of The Dun Cow in Bedlington. If you've not visited it yet since we re-opened it on 7/03/08. What would make you want to go there. We've cleaned it up & redecorated. It's looking alot better now. We live local so we know about the area a bit. So does anyone know whats happened to Bedlington. I remember when I used to drink there. It was chocka. Now the only reason you can't get served is coz the bar staff aren't on the ball. So come on give me your all. I need to know what to do to get people in. Many thanks in advance for any input you can offer.- The Red Lion
Actually I've just taken over The Dun Cow & it's now my second pub. I have a personal licence & haven't as yet done a two week training course. The guy at the Lion is working for someone else as far as I know. So he's the manager. John Reed had the lease the last I heard. So he probably got the job based on experience I reckon. The two week training course you mention doesn't always happen but Punch Taverns prefer you do one before signing the lease.- Bank Charges
don't accept. In my experience you should never accept the first offer. But you should accept the second. That will be they're final offer.- Bank Charges
