Having just come back from a drive around Bedlington to see Christmas decorations , I have to say, what a great effort the residents of Bower Grange have made. Made me feel real Chrismassy. Well done everyone. Your efforts are appreciated.

Went to La Torre ( above The Millfield) last night, thinking it would be very quiet after the festive season. I am delighted to say I was wrong, we got the last table . Having visited and recommended this restaurant many times before, I am delighted to see our local people supporting them. It's a great restaurant to have in our locality. Oh, and if you havn't been and you like prawns - try the Tempura King Prawns - they are to die for !!!!

That's a shame ... Us locals need to support it - it is a great facility to have and good value - main course Sunday lunch £6.95 - terrific value

La Torre is now open for Sunday Lunch and we had a lovely meal there today. Roast lamb is my favourite and it was delicious !

Had a fab meal at La Torre last night. Great to have you reopened. Love the new furniture & decor. Fantastic to see Phillipe & Roberto back in place.The king prawns weere amazing guys. !! Also nice to see some old ( or should I say previous ) customers back supporting you.

Well done - they will need as many people"s support as poss. It was no fault of the new management that they had to close for a few weeks and Phillipo is a very good chef.

La Torre means ' The Tower" - it will be re opening this week under new management but with the same great chef . I'm very excited as I have missed having such a great place on our doorstep. C'mon guys , give it support - Bedlingtone needs plenty of eateries.

The restaurant at the Dun Cow is going to reopen this week as La Torre it will be under new management but will still have the same great chef, Phillipo and his brother Roberto as head waiter. Getting really excited ..... Have missed it whilst it's been closed.
