    As you may be aware, a few weeks back I lost a friend, and my friends lost a daughter due to a wreckless driver! I've created this petition to hopefully force the council into installing any kind of speed reduction / traffic calming along Victoria Terrace! This isn't the first incident of speeding on this route but it's certainly the most serious and COMPLETELY avoidable! Please sign and support this!!
