  2. it wasn't mandatory so what they didn't donate 1 grand haven't they given us enough by simply coming to bedlington? plus there giving us a bigger store and so on! so you cannit grumble!
  3. probably to give the grass time to establish itself, otherwise the local charvs would have it ripped up!
  4. have to be a big no! as i only ever been in once and that was to use there toilet!
  5. eh lets see 1 clothes shops, electrical shops and other shops apart from restuarants, takeaways and hairdressers. 2 the shops in other towns as bedlington sucks in the retail sector!
  6. just what bedlington needs another food place? theres only about 6 down the street!
  7. Hydrogen Power Ford is moving ahead with a range of technology solutions simultaneously, including hydrogen fuel cells and hydrogen-fueled internal combustion engines. Ford began working on hydrogen technology in the early 1990s. Ford's first hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, released in 2001, was used to develop its first hydrogen-powered internal combustion engine. * We currently have a fleet of 30 hydrogen-powered Focus fuel cell vehicles on the road as part of a worldwide, seven-city program to conduct real-world testing of fuel cell technology. The fleet has accumulated more than 965,000 kilometres (600,000 miles) since its inception. With this fleet on the road, significant information that will be integrated into future fuel cell vehicle propulsion systems is being generated in different local environmental conditions. Ford is testing Focus FCV in Vancouver and is the first company to test fuel cell vehicles in Canada * In addition, we have 24 hydrogen-fueled internal combustion engine shuttle buses in cities across the United States and Canada. This fleet of hydrogen internal combustion engine shuttle buses is providing valuable real-world experience to assist in the research and production of next-generation hydrogen internal combustion engines * The hydrogen-fueled internal combustion engine (H2ICE) demonstration fleet has three shuttles in Ottawa. In addition, Ford of Canada is preparing seven more hydrogen shuttle buses for use in other regions of Canada * A joint effort between Ford of Canada, BP, and the Government of Canada called The Hydrogen Highway hopes to build the world's first highway equipped with hydrogen fueling stations. Funny thats from fords web site? And they don't have a fuel cell program! In that case so is oil coal trees clay stone gold iron etc etc but at least barium doesn't create green house gases! How is stating the oil will eventually run out defeatist? Its a fact where as when the oil is gone we will still be able to produce electric! So tesla make phantom cars? Plus there's a whole raft of others being released in the next few years.

    why only dell?
  9. since when has spyker been involved with hydrogen fuel cells? Ford own that patent! So all spark plugs must be dangerous? As the centre wire is made or barium! Really thats very defeatist! No there already making them and their very viable and like all other things they can only get better Of course not there coming up with loads of different ways to harness the powers of mother nature, Narec is a good example.
  10. Nah! it'll never catch on!
  11. is that the msn live copy?
  12. couldn't agree more!
  13. You obviously don't know much about battery technology! Never heard of EEstors? read this! Your lithium argument just fell on its face as did your myth theory!
  14. tell that to him! they chopped down his habitat to grow palm oil thats the synthesised variety used to make bio fuels!
  15. thing is if they've got the time to "pop the head in the door" they should have the time to say something to!
  16. a toggle button would be better!
  17. Battery pack! good idea so would built in solar panels or wind turbines to charge the batterys as you travel. thing is elctric powered cars did stall as people were only interested in petrol and diesel cars. saying that the advance in batterys has jumped forward a great deal in the last ten years. can anyone remember the first motorolla batterys and compare them to todays phone batterys. same thing goes for the batteries in cars!

so if millenium is such as bad os and millenium is tarted up 98, how can you say 98 was a good os and millenium wasn't? please explain ok for it's time it was acceptable but you didn't have much other choice, apple was nasty, linux was for scientists and 95 and *windows nt were rubbish! *taking exception to the fact that xp, vista and 7 were based on the ntfs format first created for windows nt!
  19. you in the mafia or something like?

they may look similar but thats were it stops! and xp had nothing to do with millenium? your thinking of windows 2000, millenium was just tarted up 98! no it wasn't it was terrible!

Ah! Been using windows 7 now since it was released in beta format and can safely say it's one of the best OS's I've used. I personally have never had the black screen of death! But as the reports say it is caused by malware so as long as you install decent antivirus (i use the free one Microsoft offer, see my other topic "Microsoft gives away I.Sâ€) you shouldn't have any problems.
  22. Yes! 18p per kwh, thats £8 quid for eight hours to charge over night! £1500 for the home charger! But realy you get stung like that with petrol and diesel cars, (£50 for floor mats!) and its a one off payment and would have pay for its self in less than a year! This is a very good idea instead of being stung for a new battery every 50,000 miles, however you do get the opion to opt out and buy the battery! The electric car is non polluting and very efficent, how the power is generated is another conversation. How can you say £115 quid a month is expensive? Even with the £100 lease of the battery!
  23. $45,000 (there are cheaper models coming from vauxhall, fiat and renault), about 160 to 230 as i just said, annual running cost of pennies! (about $5 or £3 for a FULL charge giving a range of up to 230 for the s range), a plug where electric noramlly comes from! its not a fish its a car!
  24. 2mbs for 5.99 you can get 8mps for 7.99 from o2 or 6.49 from talk talk (comes with a 40gig cap). i would say clear of sky there customer service sucks!
  25. the range is about 160 to 230 depending on your wallet! we have approx ten years before oil levels fall below international demand! (according to bp!) I beg to differ!
