Well it is finished the wood fired oven is operational, I killed it the first time i attempted to light it, I was too impatient, the fire was going great but i pushed the fire in too early and put it out, the second attempt had better results we have cooked pizzas end steaks but this weekend i have got suckling pig to try wish me luck <_<

Tried the suckling pig on Xmas day it took nearly four hours to cook but we had about 30 guests so it didn't last long we also had mud crabs prawns and reef fish.........

Mr Darn Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 easiest way is to open a photobucket account...its free, and provides all the links you need.www.photobucket.comonce the picture is uploaded to there (click a browse button once registered, find the pic on your pc, click ok, then click 'upload') you'll see the picture on the site with 4 boxes below, click into the one for posting into forums (should start with [ img ]) and a [copied] sign will appear. then simply right click in the reply box you use to reply to a post and select paste.until you click submit, it will still be in code, ie:[img=http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff142/MrDarn/Photo-0058.jpg]will produce the following pic:

Denzel Posted February 1, 2008 Report Posted February 1, 2008 We are building a square outside entertainment area with walls long two sides and the wood fired oven at the junction of the wallsthe design of the oven is typically Greek the dome sits on bricks about three foot high but we are about two hundred bricks short of finishing it, Monsta gave me an idea i might check out the old power station sight for bricks..... when it is finished i will post some photo'sI didn't know you were partial to a bit of Greek mind Brian?
