Ichiban Martial Arts is a locally based freestyle martial arts club focusing on fitness and self defence, without losing the fundamental elements of the traditional art of Karate.

The club has members ranging from 5 years old to over 60 years old, and is sutiable for people from all walks of life who want to learn a martial art at their own pace, or just want to learn self defence basics, whilst keeping fit and flexable.

Classes are now running in your area, from South Shields to Alnwick.
