Monsta® Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 lets hope its not more hairdressers, estate agents or solicitors!
Andy Millne Posted September 2, 2009 Author Report Posted September 2, 2009 Well the plans seem to suggest multiple offices upstairs but a single retail space on the ground floor which would probably rule out hairdressers, estate agents and solicitors.
mercuryg Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 I'm interested in those plans - need an office soon.

Is The Lion not a listed building? Is The Lion part of the Front Street conservation area that regulates changes to the frontage of buildings?
Malcolm Robinson Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 Certainly part of a 'progressive' conservation area, which has just been extended!!!!!!!
Andy Millne Posted November 20, 2009 Author Report Posted November 20, 2009 Latest news is the plans have been rejected. The application was to reduce the height of one of the chimney stacks and lower the windows to ground floor level.
