Unfortunately you are right! :( Formatting all over the place in Open Office!

Can't we persuade them to put it out as a standard .PDF? A prior requirement to buy, or steal, a £300 proprietary software package can't be the best way to present the face of law & order! :)

Someone needs to point out the Public Notices section to them too I think. The concept of "free" might take a little explaining.
