May 2, 201214 yr While going though the old cemetery today i saw an example of NCC's "safety measure" to keep tombstones upright does not look very safe to me.

May 3, 201214 yr Author It is pathetic and it is pathetic that they say it is done because of the risk to the public, if they are so much of a risk why not put them down on the ground and deal with the problem then put them back up?
