I think everyone in any sort of supervisory position in that hospital should be sacked forthwith and never be able to work in healthcare again!

That includes bean counters!

Then anyone who was supposed to scrutinise this hospital's performance including the politicians, sacked feathered and tarred!

Its culpable homicide or voluntary manslaughter what was going on there isn't it???????

If that's the shape of the NHS in 2013 God help us all!
