Something like, "Top doc botch ops" for that last one, or "NHS Trust dosh con" for the first one.

Seconded! I try to provide a core quote when I see something that I think is worth discussion. It's always a bit hit and miss as you never know what will stir passions in Terrierville! I'm still hopeful on Raspberry Pi though!
