A Celebration Of The Bedlington Thi.

Over the last five years, Bedlington Conservation Area has been revived thanks to grant aid from the Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI) to restore old buildings and streets.



To mark its completion and success, an open event will take place Thursday 27 February at St Cuthbert's Church, Church Lane, Bedlington. Doors will be open 12 noon to 6:30pm. The event will provide the opportunity to see what has been achieved, meet those people involved and try your hands at traditional building skills such as lime pointing, clay tile making and pantile/slate roofing.
