i was in the red lion tonight and i found an old post card for 1905 and my friends and i wondered what the Building was at the right side of the red  lion the police statoion being on the  left

Tony, the pictures I have of that area show that building with the business  name of J GIRLING along the top, so if any members on here can give us any info on that one.? We do have one member who is 105 years old and I'd be surprised if he can't fill us in with the details.!!

Tony, is that the postcard they have behind the bar? I gave them it, if so! In fact, the picture is reproduced and on the wall somewhere in bigger format so may be better to look at that version.
