Bottom End lads If I remember correctly you lived in Beatty Road & had 2 sisters I've forgetting your dads name but he was quite a character in a good way of coarse. hope things are ok for you..
June 28, 201610 yr Author you're spot on mate,my old man was called Ray or Bing to his mates we buried him in 91 and I haven't been back to Bedlington since,been racking my brains a bit and think maybe I know you,do you have a brother called Bill who loved a ga]me of brag,like myself,I remember the days on the bins alright,jesus that was a hard job mate specially in the winter,there were plenty characters about them days,when I was up for my dads funeral I was in the market club with the missus and I think I can remember Geordie Tweedy saying Ken Fennell had been in a bit of bother or maybe I dreamt it I dunno,I see from your profile you're in London as well,where abouts are you,I'm in Acton, West London.It is amazing how time flies though mate but I hope life's been kind to you and your own,best of luck,keep in touch marra
