Photo taken from the bend in the 'new road' that is the scouts hut on the right hand side. The 'old' road came in to the colliery just past the scouts hut. New sheep dips where wanted at the farm and a 'new road' so they could be installed. The dips are still there if you know where to dig!

Thanks for that information! I remember the hut but I couldn't remember what it was used for.
