Not that I can remember. Will run a test or two after I've eaten. You should be allowed to make one edit in any 30 day period.

Multiple Accounts!
Sorry, haven't been in the Library for years.

Multiple Accounts!
As you ask the answer is: no they haven't. The vast majority of members behave quite sensibly. There are only a couple using multiple accounts now, and they will need to decide which one they keep, and which one they desist from using. That's before a decision is imposed on them.

The Rules & Multiple Registrations
Multiple registrations (often for the purpose of agreeing with yourself) is against the Boad Rules! It's also a dumb thing to do as it risks permanent ridicule when your efforts are frozen for all-time! We've taken a relaxed approach to this so far, but this is now resulting in some pretty stupid threads attacking regular members. In future anyone who registers twice risks ALL their memberships being trashed and ALL the posts of those registrations being removed - no matter how far back those memberships/posts go. Some slight discretion will be used, but don't come complaining if you are caught out (and you will be!). It won't be as easy to pop back here as it is to create a new That online auction site that is in no way as good as Free Bedlington.co.uk Classifieds account!

24 Megabits - 3 Weeks!
Yup, we were having problems with a new memory manager, installed over the weekend. Nothing at all to do with BT or local exchange. Think it has been fixed now - hopefully!

24 Megabits - 3 Weeks!
According to reports the exchange was Be enabled last Wednesday - almost two weeks ahead of schedule. I see that this is now confirmed on the Be website. Any company that gives Bedlington "City" status has to be supported!

I will look into this. We've to finish the current skin properly anyway, but might possibly add another, or modify the Gallery specific CSS entries.

'Neglected Building'? (Opposite St. Cuthberts)...
It's the Church Hall that's been scheduled for demolition. A pity as the shell was probably sound, although the floor was definitely rotten and was declared unsafe. Seems like no one wanted to make the funds available for a renovation, as there's been a long-running saga to establish who actually owned the building. Anyway, there was a planning application to build "Luxury" Flats, that may or may not have impressed the local guardian's of our culture at the WDC.

Gallerys
Oops!! Try again; that's fixed now I think. Just uploaded a 400KB flower pix, and as you'll see the server has created a 5KB thumbnail and a 50KB intermediate (browser friendly) picture too. Doubtless someone will now complain that their 20MB raw bitmap doesn't resize properly!! http://www.bedlington.co.uk/community/index.p...bum&album=1 Need someone to create a new personal gallery to see if that is working correctly too. Not a member who has already done this in their controls at some time past.

OK - try again please! If no one tells me these things...

Are you logged in and clicking on the link in the [blogs Gallery Help Search Members Calendar] toolbar? Works fine for me, and I note that missvic posted some pics too.

Gallerys
Not so! The Gallery software has been fully functional since the last upgrade - a long time ago now. I'm not the only one who has created and uploaded to it. If you are having a problem then PM me.

Household Items For Sale...
Very observant! The fact is that most spammers are very obliging people. They join and leave their spam in this section, which, of course, doesn't display. Seldom, if ever, does it meet the clearly stated rules, so it gets deleted rather than approved. Their membership gets deleted too, as they've no real interest in our Town. Actually, rather a lot of the spammers get deleted before they even post - but that's another story!

24 Megabits - 3 Weeks!
Be Internet https://www.bethere.co.uk/ have just updated the enablement date for the Bedlington exchange to 30th April. Easynet (Sky) is the only other unbundled service available from the exchange at present. This has been available since 6th November last.

Where's Me Posts Gone?
Try using one of your other personas SS. OK, so this isn't That online auction site that is in no way as good as Free Bedlington.co.uk Classifieds! Moderate yourself and be at peace with the world.

So... it has taken a genuine, fully paid-up, Rolling Stone 63 years to work this out?!! Took me a tad less to work out that's what they all want! But... if only I'd twigged in one third the time! Tomorrow's Sun headline: Keith Richards smoked my Grandad ?

Where's Me Posts Gone?
Read the rules! If a post contains nothing but personal abuse it will be removed. If it makes some other point it may be left, unless someone complains. If you want to complain then you need something specific to complain about; there's no point claiming unfair unless you can show what it is that's unfair! BTW your posts are NOT being pre-moderated - unlike some. When they can post something vaugely within the published rules their posts do go through. Some mistakes are inevitable when several dozen spammers are clouding the issue every day. If you think there's been a mistake then PM me.

Is It New?
I bet that it's the altar on which Labour members of WDC sacrificed absolutely all their socialist principals. This never needed to be too big because those principals were pretty small-minded anyway.
